Got a question? We have answers!

  • What am I supposed to do to prepare for my first service?

The only thing you must ensure is that we should be able to access your property. Unlock your gates and keep your children and pets inside the house.

  • What type of training is given to QHR specialists?

At our company, we set industry standards for training, education, and of course, certification of our lawn care and landscape maintenance specialists. We begin with a ten-day intensive training. Our specialists learn about a variety of horticulture, safety, and agronomic related topics from industry mentors. All our specialists have to meet the state licensing standards and our rigorous standards to qualify and apply pest and weed control products.

  • When can I see the results after the service?

If your lawn has weeds, you will be able to spot results just after a few weeks of starting the service. It all depends on your lawn’s condition. Also, you must keep in mind that a good looking lawn takes time to build. Our experts will closely work with you to cater to all your requirements, and over time you will be able to see stunning results. Each lawn poses different challenges; however, as long as we are here, you do not have to worry about anything at all. We will be taking care of everything from the beginning to the end. Our team will provide you with a detailed report and set of special instructions after every visit.

  • Are your products safe?

We stick to a rigorous process when selecting products to use. We consider conditions like safety, environment, and health. Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers. Therefore, all of the products we use are U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered.

  • What is the difference between lawn care and lawn service?

Lawn care is different from lawn service as lawn service is all about maintaining your landscape or lawn by edging, mowing, pruning, and line trimming. Whereas in order to perform lawn care services, the company needs to have a license from the state to use pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
